Operating procedure
1.Access 380V voltage, which must also input the zero phase.
2.Turn on the Conveyor switchadjust the speed turn-knob to low speed.
3.Turn on the hot wind switch, circulating fan began to work.
4.Turn on the heating switchthe machine starts to heat. Machine pre-set temperature generally is about 180 ºC, set the temperature press the SET button, then press key, after achieved the required temperature, then press the SET button. Note: must Turn on the hot wind switch first then heating can get electricity.
5.In actual operation, if the shrink wrap with too much wrinkles, you can reduce the Conveyor speedincrease the heating temperature. On the contrary, if there is a shrinkage and break phenomenon, you can reduce the temperature.
6.When finished packing turnoff the heating switch first, let the transmission motorfan continue to run about 10 minutes,then cut the power.
7.The machine input the section of electric wire must be more than 3mm2, prohibit use machine in home power supply.
8.The machine must be installed horizontally, otherwise the mesh belt is easy to partial, Use more than six months should check the wire aging degree, as appropriate replacement.
