Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate which can be set arbitrarily.•With automatic fault monitoring function, a variety of alarm information will be displayed on the man-machine interface.•Electrical control of the Transverse sealing height, simple operate, convenient, adapt to different height products.•The sealing blade itself is also quipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.•Imported photoelectric sensor, positioning accuracy, fast response.•Adopt Panasonic PLC programmable controller and WEINVIEW 7-inch man machine interface, simple operation.•Automatic mode and manual mode can be switched at any time which convenient to replace the shrink film.•Using imported conveyor motor and frequency inverter controls transmission speed to achieved step less speed regulating. •The entire machine realizes unmanned operation with the production line connecting.
•BS12040PE heat shrink tunnel adopts four hot air circulation motor makes the hot air in the tunnel is even, constant temperature.•The chain conveyor made of solid steel covered with imported durable silicone tube.•With cold wind equipment which play an effective role in cooling.•The separate control box makes sure the electrical components with good ventilation.
