1. The fully automatic integrated sleeve type sealing and shrink packaging machine is designed for single round objects. The machine can connect production line to make automatic feeding, wrapping, sealing, shrinking and cooling to achieve unmanned production.
2. Designed specifically for industries such as welding materials and cables, with induction film feeding greatly reducing film loss.
3. Using specially made steel knife with an anti adhesive and high-temperature DuPont coating, the seal will not crack, coking and smoke.
4. The sealing and cutting is driven by servo motor, with fast sealing speed and stable sealing effect.
5. Customized interval drum feeding conveyor for products, with strong load capacity and stable and reliable conveying.
6. Variable frequency drive to adjust the speed of the feed conveyor belt.
7. Adopting Panasonic PLC and 7-inch human-machine interface, the operation is simple to achieve integration of machine, electricity, gas, and other functions.
8. Using double air circulation motors so that the hot air in the oven can spread more evenly to get a good shrink effect.
9. High air volume cooling fan, rapidly cooling and shaping the product after heat shrink.
10. The machine is suitable for welding industry with the advantages of anti-moisture, anti-rust and extending the welding consumables storage period.
